How much does it cost to advertise with www.holidaypropertiesdirect.com?
It costs surprisingly little to advertise your holiday property for a whole 12 months. For less than the cost of one small traditional printed advert you get a whole host of dynamic features.

How can I create my advertisement?
To advertise with www.holidaypropertiesdirect.com is easy as all you need to do is complete the simple registration form to create your free, no obligation account.

Can I advertise more than one property?
You may only describe one property per advertisement. However, you may create additional advertisements at a much reduced cost. See our Rate Card for pricing information.
In the Member homepage area you will see a list of your properties from which you can easily select the relevant one and make any necessary changes.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
We do not take any commissions on bookings as we gain our income from our advertising fees.
However, if you are unable to accept bookings yourself we can put you in touch with an agency who will look after this aspect for you. Please contact us for more information.
Are my details safe?
We need your full contact details to allow us to make contact with you regarding your advertising contract. We do not share your information with any 3rd parties.
We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner and we operate within the Data Protection Act 1998.
Can I change my advertisement?
You may change your advertisement details at any time during your subscription period at no extra cost.
How will I receive enquiries?
Your enquiries can be received by either telephone, facsimile or email. This depends upon how the client prefers to contact you.
The www.holidaypropertiesdirect.com enquiry form is designed to provide you with all the necessary information so that you can help your potential clients without subjecting them to a full barrage of questions.
It is important that you respond quickly to enquiries as experience tells us that the faster your response the more likely you are to be successful.
You can ensure that your response is fast, even when you are away from your pc, by subscribing to our SMS alerts. For a small cost you will receive SMS text messages on your mobile when clients send you an email enquiry from the site.

How do I update the availability chart for my property?
From the "Member homepage" click on "Avail" (situated just to the right of your property name). Enter the start date in the "From" box and end date in the "To" box, select the required status from the drop down box and then enter any text relevant to this entry in the notes box and then click "OK". Repeat this procedure for any changes you wish to make to your availability calendar.
The notes can only be viewed by you when you pass your mouse over the "Not Available" (red) dates in the calendar - it is designed to be an easy reminder for you of who has booked or why your property is not available.
